Text Box: Kids Kitchen Kapers Kids love being in the kitchen, to help Mum or Dad with the cooking, but it is not always convenient or safe enough for them to do so. Now we have a fun, interactive concept in shopping centres, where kids can experiment with various recipes in a safe environment and under supervision, but still feel they are creating something special & have fun in the kitchen. Imagine them icing and decorating cakes and cookies !! Making funny vegetable faces or noughts & crosses on bread !! Cooking light cheesy hot dogs, toasted sandwiches and mini pizzas !! Or creating kebab roll ups, celery sticks or three fruit kebabs on a stick !! All these recipes are supervised by our Masterchef and two hosts/hostesses, but kids will still be able to get amongst the ingredients and feel totally involved, without the worry of a hot plate or a sharp knife being near. The promotion runs over three hours, i.e. 11am-2pm daily with three sessions during the time. Depending on the amount of traffic flow in the centre, 20 to 24 numbered tickets are given before each session. Only those children holding those tickets can attend, and each session will run approximately thirty to forty minutes. Therefore giving ten to fifteen minutes to clean up, prepare and promote the next session. One to three recipes would be made per session, thus giving a rotational effect with the recipes if a child wants to come back another day and try something different. Children are encouraged to either sample what they have made or take it home in a Glad bag for later. Two to three hosts/hostesses are in attendance per day. Participating retailers are highlighted on the mic & directions to the children, it can either be a soft approach, therefore not causing a major noise factor in the centre or more hard sell, whatever your centre requires. Triple Treat Promotions will provide: Masterchef + Host/Hostess x 2, tablecloths, microwave oven, frypan, sandwich toaster, kitchen utensils, plastic knives, forks & spoons, plates, bowls, additional ingredients, Glad bags to take home recipes. Portable P.A. Requirements from Centre Management: trestle tables x 5 chairs x 24 powered site advertising fresh food & produce only if available [see below] Kids Kitchen Kapers is fully self contained but product can be used from retailers & promoted, if required. This includes: icing, toppings - smarties, hundreds & thousands, chocolate buttons etc.cookies, cakes or muffins. Bread and rolls from bakery or supermarket. Small frankfurts, ham, cheese etc. from deli. These details can be discussed further, when the retailer mix is listed as full promotion will be given to retailers involved. The promotion can be tailored to suit the requirements of your centre.

Also available is wonderful craft for Easter & Christmas occasions & many other themed ideas throughout the year. Another popular activity is Biscuitcraft! Decorating with edible markers, beautiful iced gingerbread biscuits in various designs. These workshops are professionally run with fully trained promotional staff & all craft for the various activities provided.
